Golden Girls Dog Adventures ("we") collects information so we can schedule Meet & Greets, run adventure days, and stay in touch with you about your dog.
Information we collect
When you apply or book, we may collect:
- Owner names, email addresses, phone numbers, and home addresses
- Emergency contact names and phone numbers
- Dog names, breed, age, size, temperament, vaccination status, and notes you share
- Adventure dates, pickup addresses, and payment status (pending or paid by EFT)
How we use it
We use this information to assess whether our pack is a fit, schedule pickup and drop-off, confirm EFT payments, send confirmation emails, notify our team of new bookings, and contact you about adventures. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
Staff who run adventures can see booking and dog records. Our hosting and database providers store the information so the website and booking tools can run. We may share information if the law requires it or if there is a veterinary emergency involving your dog.
